Cast Brass Salute Canon Made After The Ship Canon Of Swedish Warship Vasa / Wasa

Beautiful made cast brass salute canon on an oak frame used in war ships during the 17th century. This particular canon is casted after the canons from the 'Vasa' or 'Wasa' warship. The 'Vasa' was a Swedish warship that sank in 1628 and was salvaged in the 1960's near Stockholm. This salute canon has the monogram of Carl the XI. Made in the 1980's by Svensk Metalkonst AB Karlkrona. Allover in perfect and working condition.
